Position: Clinical Supervisor

Job Location: 7525 Mitchell Road, Suite 100, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
DUTIES: Provide direction, support and leadership to a team of Community-Based Services clinical trainees and interns. Responsible for the following: provide individual and group supervision for MHP’s per CTSS and/or ARMHS requirements through the Minnesota Department of Human Services; manages intermittent audits of practitioners clinical charting; provide ongoing feedback to team to support their growth and development, and complete the annual performance appraisals for team; manage performance as needed; provide professional therapy/assessments and complete initial assessments for clinical trainees on team; reviews, edit and sign all clinical trainee treatment plans and progress notes; manage all clinical charting for clinical trainee team members; manage a clinic-based therapist; manage required clinical charting for clients in a timely manner; act as a point person for external clients and customers to address needs or concerns on behalf of the team; and participate in required staff and leadership meetings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or another closely related mental health field of study; two (2) years of mental health clinical trainee experience; and Minnesota counseling/therapy license.
