Details

My name is Kelly and I am a registered art therapist in TN! I offer online art therapy for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs).

Since 2018, I have worked in a variety of settings and have worked with individuals and groups to improve coping, identify stressors and triggers, and process traumatic experiences. I have had the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths, reframe past experiences, and express emotions.

I identify as a Highly Sensitive Person myself, and I have my own experience navigating my sensitivity. This has given me a deep understanding for the sensitive experience and a passion for supporting other HSPs.

In therapy, I work collaboratively with each client to process hurt and loneliness, trauma, and self-acceptance. We work to shift how each client sees themselves and work to improve self-worth. We work to decrease perfectionism, depression, and anxiety symptoms, all of which are common experiences of highly sensitive people.

I believe in the therapy process. I believe in connecting with others who have similar experiences. I believe in advocating for what each client needs. I believe that humans have a deep need to create. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that is most effective when the therapist and client are both invested in the process. I strive to provide a safe space to explore, create, and connect with self and others.
