Hi! I’m Dr. Bill Hudenko, but you can call me Bill. I am a licensed psychologist, a researcher, and a professor of psychology at Dartmouth College. As a practitioner I have broad expertise in clinical psychology with an emphasis in child psychopathology and family systems. Over my career I have worked in both community mental health settings as well as private practice environments. As a clinician, I specialize in helping people to get unstuck. This begins with a thorough analysis of a client’s problem areas, and the formulation of a plan. The ultimate goal of treatment, however, is not only to address problematic areas of life, but rather to also develop a sense of hope, meaning, and purpose that brings joy and drive back into someone’s life. To accomplish this, I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, I am also trained in a number of other psychotherapies such as Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Bowenian Psychotherapy.

I spent over a decade working at a fast-growing tech company only to come to the realization that I want to follow my true calling in helping those in need. I received my bachelor’s of science degree in psychology from Virginia Tech and my master’s of arts in clinical mental health counseling from Marymount University. As a family oriented person, I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, daughter, and 2 cats.

Hi, I’m Leigh (pronounced Lee). I’m a clinical social worker based in Honolulu, HI and licensed in all 50 states. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. CBT helps clients recognize that it’s not necessarily the things that happen to us that cause us to struggle, but how we think about these things. When we learn that our first reactions to difficult subjects may be limiting, we can work to change and grow our perspectives. Subsequently, this allows us to feel differently and cope in more helpful ways. As a therapist who loves to travel, I’ve lived in many places in the US (including the Southeast, DMV, Midwest, PNW, and now Hawaii) and have traveled extensively outside the US. I strive to understand cultures I’m not familiar with and have been honored to learn and hold space for clients from many different walks of life. I enjoy working with clients to meet their goals. I view therapy as an active process, where my clients learn skills and tools that allow them to achieve their goals and flourish in their lives. My goal is for you to learn how to be your own therapist and successfully graduate from therapy with this knowledge and practice. Specialties: Anxiety, Stress, Panic attacks, Fears, Worry, Phobias, Social anxiety, Obsessions & compulsions, Depression, Sleep issues, Women’s issues,LGBTQ+, Life transitions, Coping skills, Chronic pain
