I know Mental Health matters more than anything else in our life and I have dedicated myself to helping others who are struggling to navigate their mental health journey. You are not Alone! I will listen to the client and work to develop a customized treatment plan to help them achieve mental wellness that is on their terms and unique to their needs. We are all different which is so beautiful and I feel we all have strengths and weaknesses to be consider and applied to be the best version of ourself for today. I know it's not easy and frankly almost impossible on some days, but when a client is truly heard and accepted they can thrive. I love nursing and know it is my calling in life. Combined with my own mental health journey I present you with a different approach to health care. Lets figure it out together. Medication management is only a part of a comprehensive approach to mental wellness. I combine therapy, holistic treatments, exercise, diet and spirituality to treat the whole person. We firmly believe a client should be able to reach their provider and ensure them we will be there every step of the way. And!!! we offer same day emergency appointments. Let us know how we can help.
