Sometimes it feels like those past injuries hold you in place, make it so you’re barely treading water. These injuries cause anxiety and depression, addiction, nightmares, isolation, a lack of connection. My focus is experiential -- working with the emotions that come up in the room. I use a variety of techniques, like mindfulness and EMDR, to process and move through challenging life experiences.
