My therapeutic approach is largely based in advocacy and empowerment. It is my belief that we are in control of our own destinies, and it is up to us to see the path to self-actualization. I do not give advice, but rather assist clients in structuring and rearranging their current lifestyles so that they can better see their own paths.

I’m Emily (she/her) and I help individuals, parents, and partners reset, reconnect, and reestablish joy in their lives. As a queer woman, as a veteran, and as someone who has deeply questioned and explored my own identity, I’ve developed my expertise around helping others honor themselves. I help my clients navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and rekindle joy by identifying barriers, developing skills and strategies, and finding new ways to thrive.
