ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a SalesForce Health Cloud product owner who has experience with leading implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud and a passion for improving access to mental health care.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our System Integration partners, LifeStance stakeholders and teammates, and your dedicated development team on an org-wide initiative to implement Salesforce Health Cloud for clinician onboarding, clinician data management, and payor network management use cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
?      Own the Salesforce platform, applications, and product roadmap for LifeStance (vision, strategy, and execution)
?      This role is critical to the success of LifeStance’s mission by contributing to the Program team that will improve our internal processes for clinician onboarding, clinician data management, and payor network management
?      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage prioritization discussions, gain alignment, and provide transparency and input into the product development process
?      Analyze, track and report on success metrics
?      Thoroughly understand their needs, including conducting user research and usability testing in conjunction with product designers and our Business Transformation Office
?      Partner closely with vendors and stakeholders to plan and execute product and data integrations
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
?      3+ years of Product or Services experience focused on data operations (healthcare IT & technical background is a plus)
?      Prior experience in healthcare IT is required
?      Demonstrated project management and product management skills
?      Detail-oriented with excellent leadership skills
?      Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
?      Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
?      Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
