Recent Updates From Heather Dunning
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

**PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS.** I have the privilege to work beside children, adolescents and adults in difficult and often confusing times in their lives. My goal is to leave clients with strategies, communication skills, and ways of thinking that can be transferred from the therapy room to everyday life - to friendships, family dynamics, workplace, and those moments at 2 a.m. when it is difficult to fall back asleep. My approach to therapy is relational, creative and collaborative and I believe very strongly in forming a trusting relationship with my clients.
I offer individual and family therapy, and for child clients, I also specialize in play therapy. Areas in which I specialize include: Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, and Attachment. In addition, I can also help with concerns related to: Grief & Loss, ADHD, Social Skills, and Relationship Troubles.
I understand that it can be overwhelming to begin this process. In order to help you be confident in your decision, I offer a 20 minute free phone consultation to determine if we would be a good match. Take the next step in your journey - give me a call today.
