Query: Many workers continue to work on their vacations or ditch them entirely this year. What’s more, many struggle to disconnect while on vacation and feel anxious if they are not checking their emails, which is why I want to ask the following questions;

  1. What are the short-term and long-term mental health implications of working on vacations?
  2. What are the short-term and long-term health implications of working on vacations?
  3. What advice would you give to those that consider working on vacation?
  4. If a person still has to get some work done and there is no way for them to disconnect entirely while away — is there a way for them to protect their mental well-being, and minimize stress? What advice would you give (besides ditching work)?

Requirements: Must be a Health and Mental Health specialist, ideally MD. Please include your location and credentials
