Any kind of transition is hard, I help people find peace and understanding in the middle of transitions. Your transition might be caused by divorce, a death, sobriety, career, relationships, location, or any number of other reasons. However, whatever the reason, I want to help you find peace and your inner strength so you can start to create the life you want to live. Using a individualized client focused therapy - sessions with me should be comfortable and engaging but not without some challenge.
