Recent Updates From Annchristine Johnson
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

Often life can get overwhelming, and we can feel stuck. My passion is walking alongside of teens and adults as we sort through grief, loss, life changes, depression, anxiety, old wounds, or discovering your identity to find healing and clarity. I strive to create a safe, non judgmental environment and treat each client with respect and understanding. I also want to create a place where you can grow and begin resolving the issues that brought you into counseling. I tend to see counseling for each client as a journey, and my role is to encourage, guide, and help you develop the tools necessary to continue on your unique path.

I have worked in a diversity of settings over the years and with a variety of presenting issues and age ranges. I have experience working with teens and adults facing grief, loss, chronic medical conditions, depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, life transition challenges, religious or faith issues, and unresolved trauma.
I seek to meet each of my clients where they are when they come in for the first session. I practice from an integrative view point, meaning I pull from several different theories to find what fits best for you. I am also a Registered Play Therapist.
