I practice utilizing a blend of interventions, which include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Art Therapy, Family Systems, Client Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, and Existential Therapy. My approach to treatment is tailored to your specific needs. In addition, I also offer case management and advocacy when needed.
