I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Spokane, Washington. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Eastern Washington University in 2017 and my Bachelor of Arts in Social Services from Whitworth University in 2010. I've worked with diverse populations including low-income individuals, the LGBTQ community, domestic violence survivors, and those going through life transitions.
I provide support to adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and life transitions. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Person-Centered Therapy, all within a strengths-based framework.
I have a specific interest in working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community and am committed to providing an affirming, supportive, and safe space for clients to explore their identities and experiences.
I am dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive care, working collaboratively with each person to explore challenges, set goals, gain insight, and foster personal growth. I offer teletherapy sessions and am available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you are interested in working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation, which you can schedule by calling (509) 516-0454.
