I am foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech and have more than three years experience working in a comprehensive DBT practice. I work with clients who have a history of complex trauma (multiple trauma experiences), struggle with emotion dysregulation, anxiety, avoidance, depression, and/or behavioral problems that get in the way of functioning in their life and relationships the way they would like to. I balance warmth with being direct and giving actionable feedback. I will support you in gaining insight into behavioral patterns and gaining skills to be able to make change.
