Recent Updates From Ian Bonner
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

I'm Dr. Ian Bonner, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, serving LGBTQ+ clients, substance use, and relationships. I also enjoy working with the kink community and supporting clients in open/poly relationships. As a counselor, I am challenging, collaborative, and compassionate in my approach to treatment. Clients who work with me understand from our first session that I work with more than just symptoms and problems; I treat the whole person. In sessions, I take great care to ensure that you feel understood, valued, and known and eagerly utilize your feedback about our work. I welcome you to contact me with any questions.
In working together, I will spend time getting to know you and try and get a fuller picture of who you are and the experiences you have had so that we can understand your needs or challenges in context. From there we will set some goals for growth, change, or development that will help guide our work going forward and am always open to changing course.
Please don't hesitate to reach out and ask a few questions about working together. I offer 10-15 minute free consultations to get a sense of what you might be needing and helping you get the support you deserve. Please include your insurance provider and primary concern in your initial voicemail or e-mail message.
